All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Facility name, address, pool capacity and hours were not posted. All safety signs shall be posted. <br />Correct today. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: One skimmer was lacking a weir. Install weir within two weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #35 Flow Meters <br />OBSERVATIONS: The flow meter is not functioning. Replace/repair today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Flow meters shall be provided on each recirculation system and shall be installed in accordance with <br />manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3125B) <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: An effluent meter was missing from the pump. Provide an effluent meter within two weeks. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
