All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: Two of the enclosure's entrance gates lack KEEP CLOSED signage. Post KEEP CLOSED signage on <br />the exterior side of these two gates. Correct today. <br />Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br /> #11 Combined Chlorine Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: The combined chlorine level of the spa water is 1.0ppm. Reduce the combined chlorine level to 0.4ppm <br />or less. Correct by 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain combined chlorine concentration below 0.4 ppm. (CCR 65530) Chemical quality <br />of pool water and indoor air quality at the pool site shall not cause adverse physiological effects, such as irritation of the eyes, lungs, or <br />skin. (CCR 65531) <br /> #13 Cyanuric Acid Concentration <br />OBSERVATIONS: The cyanuric acid (cya) level of the spa is greater than 100ppm. Take action to reduce the cya level to <br />less than 100ppm. Correct ASAP. <br />REPEAT VIOLATION <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain cyanuric acid concentration between 0.0 ppm and 100 ppm.
