Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: RIVERS EDGE, 505 PIONEER DR, LODI 95240 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #7 Pool Deck <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed gaps between coping and deck and also between coping and deep end skimmer. Seal gaps <br />within 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4-foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained flush with the <br />top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br />diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 3114B) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained. (CCR 65535) <br /> #21 Water Level <br />OBSERVATIONS: Water level of pool was almost at bottom of water line. Maintain water level so it does not get below <br />water line. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The pool operator shall ensure that the pool water is maintained at a level that will allow continuous removal of <br />surface debris through the pool skimming system. (CCR 65533) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The deep end skimmer weir door did not work properly as it was too big and got stuck. Provide well <br />fitting weir so that it works properly. Correct within 1 week. <br />The shallow skimmer was lacking an o-ring and weir door. Provide within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
