All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br />OBSERVATIONS: A safety sign containing the address of the facility, capacity and pool hours is faded and illegible. All <br />safety signs shall be posted. Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained. (CCR 65535) Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br />letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall, pole, gate, or similar <br />permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified. (CBC 3120B) <br /> #18 Pool Shell and Tile <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pool shell has a lot of pitting. Plan to have pool re-plastered soon. (REPEAT) <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interior finish that will withstand repeated brushing, <br />and scrubbing. A spa pool may be finished in a light color other than white when approved by the enforcement agency. (CBC 3108B) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The float assembly and weirs were lacking for both skimmers. Install/provide all parts to the skimmers. <br />Correct today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #36 Pressure and Vacuum Gauges <br />OBSERVATIONS: The effluent gauge is not functioning. Replace/repair today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pressure and vacuum gauges shall be provided for each pump system.
