Show on revised plans or improvement plans a well <br /> location for future use if property is every sold . <br /> 2 . Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. <br /> 3 . Any existing wells or septic tanks must be de-troyed <br /> under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> 4 . Construct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy . <br /> 5 . State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum <br /> number of employees the sewage disposal system is being <br /> designed for. <br /> 6 . Refuse , garbage and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill <br /> in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #877 <br /> and #1481 and Title 2 . 3 and 7 . 8 , California Government <br /> Code, and Title 14 , CCR. <br /> 7 . If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed <br /> through a sand/oil separator and discharged to an above <br /> ground system approved by the Environmental Health <br /> Division . This system must be designed by a registered <br /> engineer. Applicant must file an application for <br /> facility permit/waste discharge with the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley <br /> Region . The application forms can be obtained from the <br /> Environmental Health Division . <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
