Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability/nitrate loading study incorporating proposed staff and customer use, indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to issuance of building permit(s) (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A nitrate loading study is required, and a review fee of$465.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. B. State on revised site plans the maximum number of employees and customers the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal replacement area. C. Applicant shall make application to the Environmental Health Department to amend its water supply permit to reflect the added distribution facilities in accordance with the California Health and Safety Code, Section 116550 prior to final occupancy approval. D. Should the use of the existing public water system change that regularly serves at least 25 of the same persons over 6 months per year, than the applicant shall make the appropriate application to the Environmental Health Department. E. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability/nitrate loading findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- 1110.3 & 9-1110.4). e u�1b P MH:cf �/aa/a5
