THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF A 95-FOOT TALL MONOPOLE WITH 12 <br /> PANEL ANTENNAS,LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF LINNE ROAD,600 FEET EAST <br /> OF MAC ARTHUR DRIVE. (SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT 5) <br /> PROPERTY OWNER: Henry and Marina Wright APPLICANT: Verizon Wireless <br /> ADDRESS: 8872 Linne Road APN: 253-210-05 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Linne Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County <br /> Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the <br /> time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$216.55 per additional daily trip-end generated in <br /> the Tracy area.
