Rose Family Property Page 7 of 8 <br /> Our Project Number: LGS080526 <br /> July 24, 2008 <br /> 6.7 Discussion of Percolation Test Results <br /> The soils within the sewage disposal areas of the site have demonstrated a satisfactory <br /> percolation rate in accordance with the requirements of the EHD for the use of a standard <br /> septic system. <br /> 6.8 Discussion of Septic System Sizing <br /> Septic system construction should follow the San Joaquin County On-Site Wastewater Disposal <br /> Standards where applicable. <br /> 7.0 CONCLUSIONS <br /> In summary, percolation rates that meet the minimum EHD standards were achieved in the <br /> proposed septic disposal areas of each of the proposed parcels. The parcels appear suitable for <br /> the use of a standard septic system. <br /> No groundwater was encountered during the drilling to a depth of eight and a half (8.5) feet on <br /> the property. No water samples were taken since no wells currently exist on the property. <br /> 8.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing and <br /> proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as they existed <br /> at the time we excavated our test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was assumed <br /> that the test holes and percolation test results are representative of the subsurface conditions in <br /> the general area. <br /> Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions proposed <br /> in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices.
