Linne Road APN: 239-200-31 & 30 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Linne Road has an existing right-of-way width of 50-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60-feet. <br /> Interstate Route 5 has an existing right-of-way width of 220-feet and a planned right-of-way width as determined <br /> by Caltrans. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required when parcels are developed.
