S-75-2 of PAUL HAMPTON (c/o Marshall Dilnlap) , TO REVISE APPROVED TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION MAP S-73-5 FROM 17 LOTS TO 7 LOTS, ON THE EAST SIDE OF CHERRYLAND AVENUE, FROM 1800 ' TO 2050 ' SOUTH OF CHEROKEE ROAD, EAST OF STOCKTON, IN AN RA-20 ZONE, ZONING \ - The subject property is zoned RA-20 (Residential) which permits lots of 20, 000 square feet or more and a minimum lot width of 100 ' . HISTORY On May 1, 1973 the Board of Supervisors approved Tentative Subdivision Map S-73-5 for a 17 lot residential subdivision subject to 15 supplemental conditions of approval. The conditions were: 1) All improvements shall be in conformance with the requirements of the County of San Joaquin; 2) Easements for utilities shall be as required by the P.G.&E. , P.T.&T, and all other public utilities . The provisions of Article XIIA of Ordinance 892, as amended, shall apply; 3) Plans for all improvements to be approved by San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the Final Subdivision Map; 4) Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with standards and requirements of the Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the Final Subdivision Map; 5) Water system or methods shall conform to the require- ments of the Local Health District and the Department of Public Works ; 6) An adequate water supply for fire protection with fire i hydrants and connections shall be installed in conformance with the requirements of the County Fire Warden and Waterloo-Morada Rural Fire District; �L) Drainage and street lighting systems shall be maintained by a utilities maintenance district. The maintenance district shall be formed prior to acceptance of the Final Subdivision Map;
