CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> DP-90-33 ' <br /> Arnold Rothlin <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits. <br /> PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a. An Improvement Plan, prepared by a Registered Civil <br /> Engineer, showing drainage, driveway access details, <br /> on-site parking, existing and proposed utility <br /> services, and grading, shall be submitted to the <br /> Department of Public Works for approval. <br /> b. An Encroachment Permit shall be required for work <br /> within the road right-of-way. <br /> C. A Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for <br /> this development. (Collection of the fee will be <br /> effective on April 23 , 1990) . <br /> PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division as follows: <br /> 1. Raise well casing to not less than twelve (12) <br /> inches above concrete pad the next tie it is <br /> necessary to remove sanitary seal for repairs to <br /> pump. The work must be done under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. <br /> PLANNING DIVISION <br /> NOTE: Payment of school fees may be required prior to <br /> issuance of building permits. Contact the Manteca <br /> School District for specific fee requirements. <br /> NOTE: Any modification of the above conditions or <br /> approved plan shall only be by a "Revision of <br /> Approval" application or by the filing of a new <br /> application. <br /> NOTE: Submit seven (7) copies of the Improvement Plan to the <br /> Planning Division for distribution to the involved <br /> County Department. <br />
