This design does not require the extension of - The proposal is identical to S-77-10. - The approval of this subdivision on December 15, 1977 has expired. DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ACTION - On October 31, 1979, the Development Committee renewed the proposal as to its conformance with the statutes of the State and the Ordinances of the County. - The Committee' s action was to forward the matter to the Planning Commission with a recommendation for approval. - Conditions of approval: 1. All improvements shall conform with the requirements of the County of San Joaquin. 2, Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific Gas & Electric Company, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company and all other public utilities. 3 . Utilities shall be underground as required by Section 9-1730 of Ordinance 2634, as amended. 4. Plans for all improvements shall be approved by the San Joaquin County Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the Final Map. 5. Drainage shall conform to Section 9-1764 of Ordinance 2634, as amended. Drainage shall be retained on each lot. Provision for storm water drainage shall comply with the standards and require- ments of the Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the Final Map. 6. Minimum lot area shall be 65,000 square feet. 7. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, the developer shall contribute fees or equivalent value as prescribed by Section 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended.
