This design does <br /> not require the extension of <br /> - The proposal is identical to S-77-10. <br /> - The approval of this subdivision on December 15, 1977 has expired. <br /> DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE ACTION <br /> - On October 31, 1979, the Development Committee renewed the proposal <br /> as to its conformance with the statutes of the State and the Ordinances <br /> of the County. <br /> - The Committee' s action was to forward the matter to the Planning <br /> Commission with a recommendation for approval. <br /> - Conditions of approval: <br /> 1. All improvements shall conform with the requirements of the County <br /> of San Joaquin. <br /> 2, Easements for utilities shall be as required by Pacific Gas & Electric <br /> Company, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company and all other public <br /> utilities. <br /> 3 . Utilities shall be underground as required by Section 9-1730 of <br /> Ordinance 2634, as amended. <br /> 4. Plans for all improvements shall be approved by the San Joaquin <br /> County Department of Public Works prior to consideration of the <br /> Final Map. <br /> 5. Drainage shall conform to Section 9-1764 of Ordinance 2634, as <br /> amended. Drainage shall be retained on each lot. Provision for <br /> storm water drainage shall comply with the standards and require- <br /> ments of the Department of Public Works prior to consideration <br /> of the Final Map. <br /> 6. Minimum lot area shall be 65,000 square feet. <br /> 7. In lieu of conveyance of park land to the County, the developer <br /> shall contribute fees or equivalent value as prescribed by <br /> Section 9-1507 of Ordinance 2634, as amended. <br />
