The <br /> containers were: <br /> -One blue 55-gallon drum containing paper filters located in the Tractor Shop was missing the generator address, <br /> hazardous properties, physical state and accumulation start date. <br /> -One blue 55-gallon drum containing metal filters located in the Tractor Shop was missing the generator address, <br /> hazardous properties, physical state, contents, and the words"Hazardous Waste". <br /> -Two blue cylindrical containers of used oil located in the Trailer Shop had no hazardous waste label. <br /> -One white 55-gallon plastic drum containing used hydraulic oil located next to the Maintenance Storage area had <br /> no hazardous waste label. <br /> -One silver metal container with a red lid containing grease located next to the Maintenance Storage area had no <br /> hazardous waste label. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
