S0 JOA U 1 Environmental Health Department <br /> u ; i y <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> AutoZone#5686 1 1448 N EL DORADO ST, STOCKTON June 22, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 303 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination <br /> equipment. <br /> OBSERVATION: One bottle of eye wash solution in the battery check area was expired with a date of 07/2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to <br /> assure its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the eyewash station into proper working order by replacement of the expired <br /> eyewash solution.
