The form is printing with the top five lines missing. These five lines include the battery cores <br /> destination, a mandatory part of the BOL. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)66266.81 Requirements <br /> Title 13 CCR 1161 Shipping Papers <br /> Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 172, Subpart C and 49 CFR 177.817 <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a complete copy of five 2022 battery core bill of lading records and a corrective <br /> action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d)Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days(90 days acute/extremely). <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br /> greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> 1. RBA100 RUST BARRIER FLAT was returned 8-10-21, becoming hazardous waste on that day. The product <br /> container was labeled"DAMAGED", 'RED BUCKET". The waste was not stored in the RED hazardous waste <br /> bucket. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
