Correct today. <br /> Observed the ice scoop handle touching the ice inside the ice machine and a bowl of lemon stored in the soda dispenser ice <br /> machine. Clean and sanitize the ice scoop and store in a cleanable container when not in use and do not store food items <br /> inside the ice. Correct today. <br /> Observed containers of tempura and rice with bowls being used as scoops and the scoop handles touching the food items. <br /> Obtain scoops and store outside the food containers in a cleanable container or with handles not touching the food items <br /> when not in use. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All clean and soiled linen shall be properly stored non-food items shall be stored and displayed separate from <br /> food and food-contact surfaces. A thermometer+/-2#F shall be provided for each hot and cold holding unit of potentially hazardous foods <br /> and high temperature warewashing machines.
