<br /> OBSERVATIONS:The hot water at the three compartment sink was observed at 105F and 107F at the mop sink. Adjust
<br /> the hot water heater to maintain 120 F minimum. Correct today.
<br /> The prep sink does not have hot water. Provide hot and cold water at the prep sink. Hot water should be at a minimum of
<br /> 120F. Correct today.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed dried blood and build-up inside the meat display case. Clean and sanitize meat display case

<br /> metal splashguard with a height of at least 6 inches to avoid food contamination. Correct within 30 days.
