COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> 1:25 pm <br />12:53 pm <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Name of Facility: OLIVE GARDEN #1582 Date: 07/01/2022 <br />Address: 3140 Naglee RD, TRACY 95304 <br />Owner/Operator: DARDEN RESTAURANTS, INC.Telephone: (209) 835-9926 <br />Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: CO0055020 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />CO0055020 states: "ON 6/29/2022 COMPLAINANT WENT TO RESTAURANT FOR A LATE LUNCH. COMPLAINANT <br />NOTICED A BAD SMELL WHEN WALKING INTO THE RESTAURANT AND WHILE IN THE RESTAURANT AND <br />OBSERVED EMPLOYEES WEARING FACE MASKS. COMPLAINANT STATES IT SMELLED LIKE SEWAGE AND <br />DECIDED TO LEAVE. COMPLAINANT STATES FEELING ILL A COUPLE OF HOURS AFTER LEAVING. ON 6/30/2022 <br />COMPLAINANT CALLED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER WHO STATED THEY ARE HAVING PLUMBING PROBLEMS <br />AND HAVE IT DUG UP RIGHT NOW. " <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Culinary Manger is on site at the time of the inspection. Per Culinary Manager, the facility is aware of the odor and had a <br />service person on site last night to address the issue. The issue was not resolved last night and the service person will be <br />returning tonight to put a camera down the line to determine if there is a broken pipe. <br />At the time of the inspection, there is an odor of sewer at the facility. All floor drains and floor sinks are clear and free flowing. <br />There is no surfacing sewage at the time of the inspection. No construction or digging on the interior of the facility is occurring <br />at the time of the inspection. <br />Provide inspector an update via e-mail following this evening's service visit. <br />No signature obtained <br />Report typed up a the office 4:07p- <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
