Observed a safety training <br /> record from 6/13/2018. <br /> -Three outdated employee training records was observed. Three new employees was observed but no training <br /> records was provided for them. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> New employees shall be trained within 180 days of hire and annually thereafter as specified in Title 22 California <br /> Code of Regulations section 66265.16.The owner or operator shall maintain training records on current personnel <br /> until closure of the facility and training records on former employees for at least three years from the date the <br /> employee last worked at the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance with the <br /> time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days.
