Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: HARVEST IN TRACY LLC, 2655 HENLEY PKWY, TRACY 95377 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #12 pH Level <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pH level is less than 7.0. Correct and maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8 immediately. <br /> Do not open the pool until the pH level is corrected, and verified by this department. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8. (CCR 65530) <br /> #22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: The skimmers are missing the weir flaps. Provide within one week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications. (CBC 3136B) <br /> #38 Filter Cleaning and Maintenance <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pressure differential for filter vessel 1 is greater than 10 psi. Clean and maintain today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All filters shall be maintained in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. (CBC 3123B) Pressure gauge <br />located on the filter shall be marked with the clean startup reading. (CBC 3125B) Each filter vessel shall be provided with valves so that it <br />can be isolated from the recirculation system for repairs and backwashing. (CBC 3128B) <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />OBSERVATIONS <br />Flow rate:gpm <br />pH: <br />Chlorine:ppm <br />Cyanuric acid:ppm <br />Temp:º F 180 <br />< 7.0 <br />0.2 <br /><30 Combined chlorine:ppm <br />NOTES <br />Routine pool inspection.
