The site map does not show/address the following required <br /> elements: <br /> 1. Loading areas. <br /> 2. Internal roads. <br /> 3. Emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers). <br /> 4. Emergency shutoffs. <br /> 5. Location of the oxygen and acetylene. <br /> 6. Note, codes are used on the map that are not defined. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as "NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. The business plan information was <br /> sumitted on 5/16/22 for 2022. The business plan information was not been submitted for 2019, 2020, 2021.
