<br />Sewage Discharge. CA Health & Safety Code, Section 5411 - No person shall discharge sewage in any manner which will result in
<br />contamination, pollution, or a nuisance; CA Health & Safety Code, Section 5412 - Contamination shall be abated; CA Health & Safety Code,
<br />Section 117555- Person discharged sewage onto public street/park guilty of misdemeanor; SJC Sewage Standards, Section 1.4.

<br />Sewage Discharge Notification. CA Health & Safety Code, Section 5411.5(a) - EHD must be notified of sewage discharges; CA Health
<br />& Safety Code, Section 5411.5(b) - Any person who fails to provide notice to the EHD of a sewage spill is guilty of a misdemeanor.
