I could not find any permits for septic and the property SUSZYCKI <br />has access to city sewer. The complainant has the same name as the <br />complainant that did not get back to me last year about the same issue. <br />Attempted to call the complainant but the number is no longer active**, <br />05/12/2022 Visited the property and found the gate locked. Someone appeared home but <br />nobody came out. I could not see anything indicating surfacing sewage from the <br />front. It looked like someone recently dug up the sewer line go to the main line <br />under the street. <br />I left my card taped to the mailbox. <br />SUSZYCKI <br />05/13/2022 Received a call from the property owner and he explained that a pipe was SUSZYCKI <br />replaced and the problem is now fixed. <br />05/13/2022 Used the pictures taken during my complaint investigation to create a SUSZYCKI <br />photographic log. Created an Official Inspection Report and abated the complaint. <br />Turned the complaint in for review. <br />5105.rpt Page 1 of 1
