Liberty Rd, Clements <br />APN 021-200-24, SR0083415, PA -1700291 (SA) <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Jasjit Kang, REHS, Director <br />Muniappa Naidu, REHS, Assistant Director <br />PROGRAM COORDINATORS <br />Robert McClellon, REHS <br />Jeff Carruesco, REHS, RDI <br />Willy Ng, REHS <br />Melissa Nissim, REHS <br />Steven Shih, REHS <br />Michelle Henry, REHS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed the Soil Suitability/Nitrate <br />Loading (SSNL) Study, dated January 30, 2021; its addendum dated January 17, 2022 and memorandum <br />dated March 31, 2022 for the above noted location, and has the following comments for your consideration. <br />The SSNL was prepared to determine the suitability of the above noted parcel for Onsite Wastewater <br />Treatment System (OWTS) usage and the potential long-term impact of nitrate to groundwater resulting from <br />75 customers and 4 employees. <br />a.
