Complaint alleges there are SINGH <br />chickens on the property causing foul odor and flies. The inspection was <br />conducted with EHS Trainee, Gabriela Garcia-Mejia. Two turkeys and hay were <br />observed in the backyard. A portion of the backyard was viewable due to a broken <br />fence. I knocked on the door and spoke with the tenant's brother, Giovanni. <br />Tenant's name is Fontina, according to the brother. Giovanni mentioned he gave <br />his sister my card after the last EHD visit. <br />02/14/2022 3339 W Euclid Ave - Received notification that the NTA was delivered via certified SINGH <br />mail on 2/7/22. Ms. <br />Mendoza stated she works a lot and did not have time to communicate with EHD. <br />She also stated she has chickens and two ducks in the backyard. According to <br />Ms. Mendoza, the backyard is clean. I informed Ms. Mendoza that I would need to <br />conduct a reinspection to confirm. I called Faustina Mendoza to schedule SINGH <br />reinspection for today. <br />05/05/2022 3339 W Euclid Ave, Stockton - Complaint reinspection. I met with Giovanni at the SINGH <br />property. He gave me permission to view the backyard. Large chicken coups were <br />observed. One coup had approximately 3 chickens and one goose. Another coup <br />consisted of 5 or more chickens. Giovanni stated Animal Control came to his <br />home earlier in the week and they were told to remove all the chickens within 2 <br />weeks. The fly population was heavy and the odor was intense.
