Reviewed and updated file. <br />03/23/2022 16103 E Smith Rd., Lodi - Reinspection. The gates to the chicken houses and to SINGH <br />the residence were closed when I got to the site. I called the owner, Daniel Haley <br />at 209-649-4576, to inform him that I was at the site for a reinspection. Mr. Haley <br />called the occupants of the home to inform them of the inspection. I then met with <br />Remy Lepez and his daughter, Maria. They showed me the field where I observed <br />the chicken manure was disked into the ground. The odor was light and flies were <br />not observed. I also observed bedding and chicken manure outside of House 1. <br />Per Mr. Lepez, House 1 was recently cleaned. The waste will be picked up <br />tomorrow and disposed. I informed Mr. Lepez and Maria that I will need proof that <br />the waste will be removed. I asked Maria to send me a picture of the area behind <br />House 1 after the waste has been picked up. I provided Maria my business card. <br />03/28/2022 Haley Farms - 16103 E Smith Rd - Created photo log and drafted OIR. Updated SINGH <br />file. <br />03/30/2022 16103 E Smith Rd, Lodi - Complaint reinspection. Complaint alleges the chicken SINGH <br />ranch is spreading chicken manure behind houses. The inspection was conducted <br />with Robert M., Program Coordinator. We met with Daniel Haley, owner, at the <br />site. Bedding and chicken manure was observed outside of House #1 and House <br />#2. Mr. Haley was in the process of transporting the waste off the property. We <br />walked to the field behind the chicken houses. Layers of bedding and manure <br />observed spread through out the field. Mr. Haley advised to scrape and disk <br />material into the ground. He was also advised to pile and cover waste, after <br />removing from the chicken houses. The odor was moderate and fly population <br />was light. <br />03/31/2022 16103 Farm Rd - Reviewed file. SINGH <br />Reviewed and updated file. <br />04/11/2022 16103 E Smith Rd. - Received a voicemail from Brittney - Quality Well. She stated SINGH <br />she received a NTA and she doesn't know why. I forwarded the information to <br />Robert M. <br />Reviewed file. I emailed a copy of the NTA to Daniel Haley at <br />daniel@haleyfarms.net.
