Swimming pool is in the center of McKinley park. Verified the swimming pool is not in use and is secured <br />on all sides with gated fence and "No Trespassing" signs. All entrances are secured with padlocks and chains. Swimming <br />pool was observed with no water. Official inspection report mailed to facility. <br />The signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured as no one was on-site at the time of inspection. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
