It is unknown if these are present in the tunnel. 4.0 Other active health hazards to occupants or to surrounding neighborhood (communicable disease outbreak, lack of adequate ventilation/space, air pollution (burning garbage): The potential structural instability of the tunnel is ha2ardous. The current COVID-19 pandemic is occurring but no known unsheltered individuals from this site have been identified with having the virus.
