Preface
This report was prepared for Pneumercator by Ken Wilcox Associates , Inc . This report
presents the results of an independent performance evaluation of the Pneumercator
LLP-203 Series Pipeline Line Leak Detector on rigid , flexible , and combined pipelines
when used in combination with a Pneumercator TMS2000/2000E , TMS3000/3000E or
TMS4000/4000M series console , hereafter referred to as the TMS2000 , TMS3000 and
TMS4000 series consoles .
This report covers the Hourly ( 3gph ) mode of testing for pressurized piping .
The purpose of the current testing is to show that the system performs adequately when
tested on rigid , flexible as well as hybrid piping . Testing for this evaluation was
performed in accordance with the US EPA protocol " Standard Test Procedures For
Evaluating Release Detection Methods : Pipeline Release Detection " , May 2019 . The
results indicate that the Pneumercator LLP -203 Series Pipeline Line Leak Detector will
successfully perform testing on flexible , rigid and hybrid pipeline systems when used in
combination with a TMS2000 , TMS3000 or TMS4000 console .
The work was conducted at the Fuels Management Research Center , which is operated
by Ken Wilcox Associates , Inc . This report was prepared by Craig D Wilcox for , Ken
Wilcox Associates , Inc .
