OBSERVATION: At least three 50 pound cylinders of compressed carbon dioxide were found inside the shop that <br /> have not been reported to CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> .................................................................................................................................... <br /> 2. OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory form for carbon dioxide refrigerated liquid was not complete. <br /> The hazardous materials type (pure) has not been completed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is not complete. The site map does not show/address the following required <br /> elements: <br /> 1. Loading areas (carbon dioxide refrigerated liquid fill port). <br /> 2. Internal roads. <br /> 3. Storm drains. <br /> 4. Emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers). <br /> 5.
