COMPLAINANT HAS PICTURES PLEASE CALL COMPLAINANT AS <br /> SOON AS POSSIBLE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> On-site for complaint investigation. Spoke to owner, Jose Galvan. Discussed complaint. Jose stated he was aware of the <br /> complaint however he did not see the photos. I showed him the photos of the steak. He said they looked raw.Jose stated that <br /> food is made on the order. Steaks can be cooked rare, medium rare, medium well, and well. He believes she ordered medium <br /> well, per his chef. He will look into the order and will follow up with the complainant via email, as she has also emailed the <br /> business. Unable to verify complaint.
