SAN J OA U I Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY- AMENDED <br /> 7/19/2022 <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: ate: <br /> TACO BELL/KFC#19817 1 18780 HWY 88 , LOCKEFORD IJuly 19, 2022 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. The business plan information was <br /> not submitted until 3/29/18 for 2018. The business plan information was last submitted on 12/29/21 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This was corrected on site. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on July 19, 2022. Later in the day, the report was <br /> amended by the EHD. This amended report replaces the initial report. <br /> The inspection report was amended to change the inspection type to "Routine Inspection - Operating Permit". <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were 1 violation(s) cited during the <br /> inspection. The violation was corrected on site. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($156).
