The site <br /> of the largest container and average daily amount elements have not been completed, and the storage pressure <br /> was wrongly reported as ambient vs. above ambient. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part <br /> of the business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION: The site map is not complete. The site map does not show/address the following required <br /> elements: <br /> 1. Loading areas. <br /> 2. Internal roads. <br /> 3. Access and exit points from the adjacent street. <br /> 4. Evacuation staging area. <br /> 5. Emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers). <br /> 6.
