The <br />following violations have been corrected.Please let me know if this will suffice in closing the violations <br />or you require further. <br /> <br />HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is missing the following elements: <br />1. hazardous materials loading and unloading areas (for reportable hazardous materials and wastes) <br />2. no legend explaining the "FE" and "PPE" abbreviations <br />3. electric panel shutoff switch <br />4. water shutoff valve <br /> <br />The site map has been corrected per instructions and resubmitted into CERS. <br /> <br /> <br />HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br />OBSERVATION: The business plan information was not reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br />Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15 for the 2021 reporting year. <br /> <br />AutoZone recognizes that the annual certification must take place before the January 15th date.
