Date: 08/31/2022 <br /> Manufacturer training: Xerxes, 01/02/23 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On site for the installation of new Underground Storage Tanks(USTs): <br /> -20,000 gallon Xerxes double-walled fiberglass tank <br /> -12,000 gallon BASE, 8,000 gallon END Xerxes double-walled split tank <br /> -Inside of tanks was inspected by the contractor on site and stated to be clean and brine-free. <br /> -Inspected tanks for leaks.
