All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br /> #12 pH Level MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Pool pH is 7. Provide pH 7.2 - 7.8 today. 5 LBS of soda ash added. pH is rechecked later and it is at 7.6 <br />now. Corrected on site. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8. (CCR 65530) <br /> #7 Pool Deck <br />OBSERVATIONS: I observe many cracks at different depth around the pool perimeter . Seal cracks in 2 weeks. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: An unobstructed 4-foot wide deck of concrete or like material shall be provided and maintained flush with the <br />top of the pool coping. Deck shall extend completely around the pool and shall further extend 4 feet on both sides and to the rear of any <br />diving board, ADA device, or slide. (CBC 3114B) Pool operator shall keep the pool deck well maintained.
