Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #22 Disposal of Sewage/Wastewater Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The toilet is not flushing properly. Repair the toilet to flush properly. <br /> Facility is closed due to inadequate restroom facilities for employees. <br /> Correction must be made prior to re-opening. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All liquid waste must drain to an approved fully functioning sewage disposal system. (114197) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br /> Manager is on site and is aware of the issue. Per Manager, this issue started last week Wednesday(9-7-22)and lasted until <br /> Sunday(9-11-22) in the evening. She states that waste water(including toilet paper)was surfacing at the 3-comp sink floor <br /> sink.The facility floor flooded into the dining room (approximately halfway to the front door). Manager states that employees <br /> were unable to use the restrooms or wash their hands. Manager states that a portion of the quarry tile flooring is lifting due to <br /> the water running underneath. Facility voluntarily closed Wednesday, Friday pm, all day Saturday and for a few hours on <br /> Sunday. Roto Rooter was out on Saturday(9-10-22)and City of Stockton was on site this morning. <br /> Per Manager,the City of Stockton employee stated that the waste water/sewage flows west toward Lever Blvd. City employee <br /> told Manager that it is the responsibility of the property owner/landlord to clear the blocked line to the street. Per Manager,the <br /> facility has not been able to contact the landlord. <br /> Observations this date:The toilet is not flushing properly. The toilet bowl fills to near the point of overflowing and then <br /> recedes. Toilet did not overflow this date. Facility has been cleaned/no odor this date.A portion of the tile has lifted and is <br /> causing a 1/4-1/2" lip. Per Manager,there is water underneath the tile.
