The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for Sunwest Chevron as of August 16 , 2022 . Open violations from October 13 , 2021 inspection Violation #106 - Failure to submit and maintain a current facility plot plan / site map . OBSERVATION An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted , the site map is missing the following : -Sensors monitoring tank annular spaces - Fill and STP sumps , as well as monitoring in sumps REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site plan must be submitted identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. The site plan must show the general layout of tanks and clearly identify locations of the following equipment, if installed : 1 ) monitoring panels ; 2 ) in -tank liquid level probes ( if used for leak detection ) ; 3 ) devices monitoring tank annular spaces or vault; 4 ) devices monitoring product piping ; 5) devices monitoring fill piping ; 6 ) devices monitoring vent piping ; 7) devices monitoring vapor recovery piping ; 8 ) devices monitoring vent/transition sumps ; 9 ) devices monitoring under-dispenser containment; 10 ) line leak detectors ; and 11 ) devices monitoring any other secondary containment areas . CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS ) at http : //cers. calepa . ca . gov/ and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan . ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by ( date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : Violation #107 - Failure to submit and maintain complete and current financial responsibility documents . 1 ) OBSERVATION Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD . Section B was left blank on the Certification of Financial Responsibility. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Current financial responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System ( CERS) at http : //cers . calepa . ca . gov/, and upload the required documents . 2 ) OBSERVATION Current financial responsibility documents were not found on site . REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of current financial responsibility documents are required to be maintained on site .
