The containers <br /> were: <br /> -One black metal 55-gallon drum of used metal oil filters did not contain an accumulation start date. <br /> -One black plastic 45-gallon drum of used absorbent was missing a label. <br /> -One yellow and red 16-gallon metal drum containing paper filters did not contain the words"Hazardous Waste", an <br /> accumulation start date, name and address of the generator, hazardous properties and physical state. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished on 7/26/2022 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Waste streams: used oil, used antifreeze, used oil filters, oily contaminated solids. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br /> NOTE: A complete modified contingency plan with an assigned emergency coordinator was not posted at the <br /> facility.
