Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />August 08, 2022 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 21226 S SANTA FE , ESCALON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> DAVID / MERETE MEEKS <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br />OBSERVATION: The site map is incomplete. The following information was observed missing: <br />- Internal roads, <br />- North orientation <br />- loading areas <br />- adjacent streets <br />- storm and sewer drains <br />- access and exit points <br />- emergency shut offs <br />- evacuation staging areas <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br />streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br />material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as “NA". <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to electronically submit an adequate ER procedures for a release or threatened release. <br />OBSERVATION: No emergency response plan and procedures was observed during the time of inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a <br />release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> - immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> - procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br /> - evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />FA0017411 PR0525596 SC001 08/08/2022 <br />EHD 19-01 Rev. 12/06/2021 Hazardous Materials Program OIRPage 2 of 3 <br />1868 E.
