FINDINGS FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> PA- 2200146 <br /> DOMENIC J . AND PAIGE J . LOMBARDI / JOSEPH A . LOMBARDI ET AL . / ANTHONY A . AND JOAN M . <br /> LOMBARDI / MARY R . KRESS / DILLON & MURPHY <br /> 1 . The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan , any applicable Master Plan , Specific <br /> Plan , and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County . <br /> • Minor Subdivision No . PA- 2200146 is consistent with the General Plan because the AG40 <br /> ( General Agriculture — 40 - acre minimum parcel size ) zoning of the subject parcel permits <br /> the division proposed and the AG40 zoning is an implementing zone for the parcel ' s A/G <br /> ( General Agriculture ) land use designation . Further , no Master Plan , Specific Plan , or <br /> Special Purpose Plan are applicable to Minor Subdivision No . PA- 2200146 . <br /> 2 . The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any <br /> applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan . <br /> • The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan <br /> and any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan because the design and <br /> E <br /> mprovements meet the minimum standards contained in the General Plan as reflected in <br /> the Tentative Map . <br /> 3 . The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed . <br /> • No development is proposed with this subdivision application . The site is physically <br /> suitable for any future development that can be permitted in the AG40 zone . <br /> 4 . The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development . <br /> • The subdivision application does not propose any development . The resulting parcels are <br /> physically suitable to meet density requirements for any future development . <br /> 5 . Neither the design of the subdivision nor any proposed improvements are likely to cause substantial <br /> environmental damage or substantially and avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat . <br /> • The subdivision application does not propose any improvements however , the subdivision <br /> design is not likely to cause substantial environmental damage or substantially and <br /> avoidably injure fish or wildlife or their habitat .
