The missing receipts include: <br /> -007158727SKS, 8/27/2019 <br /> -007313416SKS, 11/19/2019 <br /> -007276218SKS, 2/10/2020 <br /> -007476589SKS, 5/4/2020 <br /> -007313621 SKS, 7/29/2020 <br /> -007769601 SKS, 10/20/2020 <br /> -007576503SKS, 1/13/2021 <br /> -007875712SKS, 7/6/2021 <br /> -008314751 SKS, 3/15/2022 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br /> This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br /> the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years <br /> from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD). <br /> If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br /> three years. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 406 CCR 66261.7 Empty hazardous waste or material container greater than 5 gallons not managed per this section. <br /> OBSERVATION: Empty black 16-gallon Royal Purple grease containers were labeled as empty but did not contain a <br /> date they were emptied. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous <br /> waste must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7. Refer to this section <br /> and California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage <br /> within one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7.
