Time In: 1:40 pm <br /> Time Out: 2:15 om <br /> Mobile Food Facility Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: EL CHARRITO#65270P2 Date: 07/27/2022 <br /> Address: 1301 S SACRAMENTO ST, LODI 95240 <br /> Owner/Operator: COBIAN MORALES, MANRIQUE G Telephone: (209)334-2573 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00055064 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT WEAR HAIR NETS OR GLOVES AND THE SANITARY <br /> CONDITIONS ARE POOR OVERALL. COMPLAINANT ALSO ALLEGES THEY FOUND A HAIR IN THEIR FOOD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke with person in charge who said she remembered a customer that wanted extra meat with their <br /> order and then when the customer did not receive extra meat the customer began to complain. <br /> I observed hair restraint on food service person. <br /> I observed screens lacking at over head windows. <br /> Per person in charge the screens are currently being cleaned and will be placed back in the windows tomorrow. <br /> Hand sink is at 137F. <br /> 2 door upright refrigerator is at 40F. <br /> Chicken being held in hot hold above flat top 135F <br /> Rice in hot hold 172 <br /> 2 door reach-in under prep is at 48F. <br /> Provide this unit at 41 F or lower. <br /> I did not observe SANITARY CONDITIONS ARE POOR OVERALL at this time. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.If a reinspection is required,fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate. <br /> Received by: Name and Title: Sandra, Person In Charge <br /> EH Specialist: STEPHANIE RAMIREZ Phone: <br /> FA0025613 C00055064 SCO04 07/27/2022 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Mobile Food Facility Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
