Grearness grows here, <br /> Time Out: 11:37 am <br /> COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br /> Name of Facility: TRACY FIVE GUYS Date: 08/12/2022 <br /> Address: 2970 W GRANT LINE RD, TRACY 95304 <br /> Owner/Operator: ENCORE FGBF, LLC Telephone: (209)833-8036 <br /> Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00055096 <br /> Responsible Party Contact: <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> C00055096 states: "COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THEY WITNESSED AN EMPLOYEE HANDLE A GARBAGE CAN AND <br /> GARBAGE WHILE WEARING GLOVES.THE EMPLOYEE THEN WENT RIGHT BACK TO PREPARING FOOD <br /> WITHOUT WASHING HANDS OR AT LEAST CHANGING THEIR GLOVES." <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe.
