Repair/replace tiles so that <br /> the floor is smooth and cleanable. Correct within two weeks. <br /> A hole was observed in the wall from the door handle to the restroom hallway. Repair hole so that it is smooth and <br /> cleanable. Correct within two weeks. <br /> The cook line area was observed with grease on the floor under equipment and grease on the sides of the grill area. Detail <br /> clean grill area within three days. Maintain clean. (REPEAT) <br /> A metal panel at the cook line was observed hanging off wall. Secure metal panel back in its correct location. Correct within <br /> one week. <br /> The vents in the kitchen and waitress station were observed dusty. Maintain vents clean to protect stored food items from <br /> contamination from fallen debris. Correct today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
