EXHIBIT A Description Of Parcel "1" Per PA-2100254 A portion of Section 1 (One), Township 4 (Four) North, Range 7 (Seven) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northwesterly corner of said Section 1; thence along the Westerly line of said Section 1, South 00°57'28" East, a distance of 260.00 feet to the Westerly prolongation of the Northerly line of Parcel "A" as shown on that certain Parcel Map filed for record on the 20th day of November, 1979, in Book 8 (Eight) of Parcel Maps, at Page 108 (One Hundred Eight), San Joaquin County Records and being the True Point of Beginning; thence along said Westerly prolongation and along the Northerly line of said Parcel "A", North 89°14'12" East, a distance of 200.00 feet to the Northeasterly corner of said Parcel "A"; thence along the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly line of said Parcel "A", North 89°14'12" East, a distance of 15.00 feet; thence parallel with the Westerly line of said Section 1, South 00°57'28" East, a distance of 446. 77 feet; thence parallel with the Northerly line of said Parcel "A", South 89°14'12" West, a distance of 215.00 feet to the Westerly line of said Section 1; thence along said Westerly line, North 00°57'28" West, a distance of 446.77 feet to the True Point of Beginning, containing 2.21 acres gross, more or less. Subject to Elliott Road along the Westerly boundary.
