Waste within the Beard (Lane) property has an average total lead concentration of 37.13 parts
per million (ppm). The statistical analysis shows an 80% confidence level of 13.71 to 60.55 pm.
The California regulatory limit (TTLC) for lead is 1000 ppm. Based on a two -`tailed normal
distribution, it is likely that total concentration of lead in the fill areas does not exceed the TTLC.
The samples analyzed for STLC limits resulted in "Non-detected" limits. Therefore, it is unlikely
that the STLC would exceed the California regulatory soluble lead limitation of 5 ppm.
Table 3 - CAM 17 TTLC Results - Beard
Property
Regulatory
Limit
mg/kg
Analyte
Sample Identification
T-47-3
T-61-3
T-65-1.5
T-65-3.5
500
Antimony
0
0
5.3
240
500
Arsenic
0
0
0
120000
10000
Barium
110
140
150
360
75
Beryflum
0
0
0
0
100
Cadmium
0
0
1.2
1
500
Chromium
16
23
20
0
8000
Cobalt
0
13
5.8
0
2500
Copper
22
28
36
82
1000
Lead
2.4
3.9
180
110
20
Mercury
0
0
0
0.027
3500
Molybdenum
0
0
0
0
2000
Nickel
10
18
12
6
100
Selenium
1 0
0
1 0
0
500
Silver
0
0
0
1 0
700
Thallium
0
0
0
0
2400
Vanadium
52
68
1
38
0
5000
Zinc
59
72
350
240
15
