Submit a corrective action plan for site remediation to this office for review and approval. <br /> b.The plan will require approval from the CalRecycle and RWQCB. <br /> c. The site work must be completed in accordance with the approved corrective action plan within one <br /> hundred and eighty(180)days of approval. <br /> x 21190-Postclosure Land Use <br /> Comments: 23023 S. Santa Fe Rd., Escalon. Owner-Peter Palomino: <br /> Asphalt grindings were observed during the inspection (Continuation of AC from the last inspection). According to <br /> operator site will be clean by June 30, 2011. <br /> a. This site has maintained asphalt grindings for more than a year. Site is now classified as a CDI waste disposal <br /> facility and must obtain a full solid waste facility permit and comply with all requirements promulgated by the <br /> CalRecycle as set forth in CCR, Title 27, Division 2 in the same manner as if the site was a municipal solid waste <br /> landfill unit. <br /> b.
