Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the hazardous waste disposal record to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling: <br /> 1. One partially full 5-gallon container of brake rotor shaving metal dust was missing an accumulation start date. <br /> 2. One partially full 5-gallon container of hazardous waste was only labeled orange-reactives/misc, peroxide, <br /> hazardous waste,store number 2765, Lodi, CA, accumulation start date 7-4-22. The label is missing the complete <br /> name and address of the generator and the physical state of the waste(solid, liquid or gas). <br /> 3. One partially full 5-gallon container of hazardous waste was only labeled red flammable liquid, hazardous <br /> waste, store number 2765, Lodi, CA, accumulation start date 6-1-21. The label is missing the complete name and <br /> address of the generator, and the composition(contents)of the waste. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br /> words"Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br /> (contents), accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class ll. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
