Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: WINE COUNTRY APARTMENTS, 19850 N HWY 99 , ACAMPO 95220 <br />Swimming Pool Official Inspection Report <br /> #17 Cleanliness of Pool <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed debris on bottom of pool. Keep pool surfaces clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain clean pool water while the pool is in use and shall not allow debris to accumulate <br />in the pool. Pool operator shall clean the bottom, sides, and other surfaces of the pool as often as necessary to keep pool surfaces clean <br />and free of slime and algae. (CCR 65533) <br /> #27 Pool Equipment Room <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed debris around pool equipment. Keep area clean. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall keep ancillary facilities well maintained. (CCR 65535) All filters, valves, pumps, strainers <br />and equipment shall be readily accessible for repair and replacement. (CBC 3123B) <br /> #29 Recirculation System Operation <br />OBSERVATIONS: The pool pump was turned off during the inspection. The recirculation system must be on when the pool <br />is operating/available for use. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Recirculation system shall be in operation whenever the pool is available for use and additional times as <br />needed to maintain clear pool water. (CCR 65525) <br /> #31 Disinfectant Feeders <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed chlorine tabs in the skimmer basket. Discontinue this practice and use automatic chlorinator. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each pool shall be provided with a system capable of continuous disinfection of the pool water. (CBC 3123B) <br />Disinfectant feeders shall be capable of supplying not less than the equivalent of 3 pounds of 100 percent available chlorine per day per <br />10,000 gallons of pool water.
